HARTWELL PRE-SCHOOL PLAYGROUP

Well we have had another few months of successful growth and
achievements. One of these has been the producing of our first ever
prospectus.

Along with Robinson’s Associates expertise, and everyone’s valuable input, we
have eventually got the end result. Sometimes it did feel like the light at the end of the tunnel had been turned off!! But we got there. It will be sent out to anyone
interested in finding out more information about Hartwell Pre-School Playgroup. If
you would like to see a copy please let me know.

We also had new fliers designed, I am sure you had them through your doors, and
they were also dropped in a number of villages. This has resulted in the Pre-School
Playgroup’s highest ever September figures! We have been informed by our
Pre-School Learning Alliance Field Worker, that generally Pre-School Playgroups
are struggling with numbers, so this makes the result even more of an achievement.

Well done to every one involved in our continuing marketing success. Myself, Mellissa and Emma would like to give a huge thank you to Elaine Andrews
and the team, which also includes our casual staff. They have had extensive changes and have handled them superbly. We are very proud of our staff, and are aware that the successes the Pre-School Playgroup has achieved, would not have been done without our fabulous team.

With Christmas fast approaching, we are giving you all lots of notice to make sure
you’re free for Christmas Bazaar. The date is 20th November, and for the first time
we are going to hold it at Hartwell Primary School. Every penny of the profit we
make will again be given to the Staff to spend on the children’s Wish List. The staff
and children have made a Wish List of the things that will improve the setting, and
give lots of joy to the children. Please come along and support the village Pre-
School Playgroup. Each and every person that comes and supports us is making a
huge difference.

Here’s to the next six months and the continuing success of Hartwell Pre-School
Playgroup.

HARTWELL TODDLER GROUP

Hartwell Toddler Group run sessions every Wednesday afternoon from
1.30pm to 3.15pm (Term-Time) for ages 0 to 5 years.

We welcome pregnant mums to carers.

We offer various fun and interesting craft activities every week, which include sponge painting, play dough, crayoning, puzzles and lots of gluing and sticking. Let us clean up the mess!

The sessions are educational as the children learn through play with the toys available and the activities that we run each week.

Come and meet this friendly group!

The fee per session is £1.00 per adult and 50p per child. This includes a free drink and biscuit (or cake when we celebrate birthdays).
