If you see a street light that is not working or is on in the day when it shouldn’t be, please report this to the Parish Clerk as these are the responsibility of Hartwell Parish Council.

The Clerk can be contacted on 863702 and will need the following details:

a) the location of the light
b) the number on the lamp post
