About the Newsletter

Wappenham Village Newsletter was started in 1981 as a single sheet of Parish Council and Village News, produced by Ian Henderson, a member of the Parish Council.  Since then, it has taken various forms and has had several authors. The longest-running was Renée Watt who edited and produced it for 10 years. She has now handed it on to Jane Harries.

The newsletter comes out 4 times a year.  Jane welcomes any contributions: news, views, events, reviews of events, reminiscences, biographies, stories, pictures, puzzles and photos. Copy deadlines are advertised in the newsletter, village notice boards, via WIZ on email and on the website.

The copying of the newsletter is sponsored by advertising from local businesses - if you'd like to help sponsor an issue, contact Jane at Wappenham.  Ads are £50 for a full page and £25 for half a page.

The Newsletters are created using Adobe Acrobat in order to view them you will need to download the Adobe Reader

Please send any contributions
